after I installed Microsoft Office 2010 professional into my new acer PC, and uninstalled the pre-installed version of MS Office because the office key not accepted by the pre-installed version, then this message came.

I ran memory test, ChkDsk, Deflagment, but the problem still there, now I can't use the PC at all, Please help. here is the dmp file:

the dumps show TCPIP related crashes. Update Norton 360 and also update the network drivers (realtek: Rt630x64.sys, Atheros: athw8x.sys)

Insert a Windows 8 Installation media, choose refresh your PC, you will not lose any data or files or any configuration, but it will remove any application that was not installed from windows store, after finishing you will find on your desktop a HTML file named Removed apps with all effected programs.
